Guarantee

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase, we will, within 24 hours, refund your full purchase price (excluding tax and registration) toward the purchase of another vehicle in our inventory.

Vehicle should be in the same condition as when delivered (i.e. no new damage, no new mechanical defects, no more than 150 miles over delivery odometer reading, etc.)

NHCars will assume no liability for any and all losses incurred beyond the total purchase price.

If a vehicle was traded, we will refund cash difference price plus the actual cash value of trade appraisal.

Satisfaction guaranteed will only be available when you and NHCars sign a satisfaction agreement.
